1. General Terms and Conditions
1. This site is owned and operated by MANIAC GYM A.B.H. Leszczyñscy ul. Warszawska 79a, 15-201, NIP 966-16-05-093.
2. The basic condition to order’s implementation is correct filling data in the application form and sending it to us by clicking SEND THIS ORDER
3. Orders (not phone) can be placed twenty-four seven. Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays will be fulfill in the nearest workday.
4. Orders placed by phone, fax or personally will be binding regard.
5. All orders filled in the shop are binding. When you place an order to purchase a product from Maniac Gym Shop, we will send you an e-mail confirming receipt of your order and containing the details of your order. Your order represents an offer to us to purchase a product which is accepted by us when we send e-mail confirmation to you that we've dispatched that product to you.
6. You have the right to cancel or change your order within 120 minutes from placement of the order, only by phone or fax .
7. We stipulate the right to withdraw some products from the sell.
8. We stipulate the right to refuse to carry out the order.
9. MANIAC GYM A.B.H. Leszczyñscy do not take the responsibility for delays if the receiver’s data were incorrect or receiver’s credit card was expired
10. If MANIAC GYM A.B.H. Leszczyñscy will be not able to carry out the order, all money will be returned to the client. If money were transfer to the Maniac’s account, then they will be sent back to the sender on his account.
11. All prices are displayed inclusive of VAT and they are in polish currency (PLN).
12. Invoices are available for clients who run a business on a written request.

2. The order’s filling time
ORDER’S FILLING TIME is composed with:
· REALIZATION TIME the order by our sales department
· DELIVER TIME
That is ORDER’S FILLING TIME = REALIZATION TIME + DELIVER TIME · Standard TIME
· Standard REALIZATION TIME the order is 3-7 workdays
Attention! Please, take into consideration that our suppliers DO NOT work on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.
· THE PARCEL DELIVER TIME by deliverer’s company “Siodemka” or DHL - (only in Poland area) is 24 hours in workdays (Parcels are not delivered on Saturdays). When deliverer do not find addressee in the house, he leaves an aviso with contact number to arrange another deliver date.
After sending the order check if you correct filled address data in the application form

3. Delivery charges
The abroad delivery charges are calculated after receiving the order and they depends on the weight of the parcel. When you send an order to us, we will give you the delivery charge (by e-mail or phone). If you accept those price, then we will start preparing the order.
We use the Polish Post when sending abroad the parcels

4. Payment
· CASH with postal fee when acceptance the parcel.
· CREDIT CARD - Visa, MasterCard, EuroCard, DinersClub, PolCard, JCB, PBK Styl, and American Express. MANAIC GYM do not have access to any client’s credit card data. MANIAC GYM and PolCard do not charge any surcharges from the client when paying by credit card.

5. How to place an order
· virtual shop 24/7 – click on “Add to cart” near the product you would like to buy. After putting to the shopping basket all products you wanted to then click “ORDER”
· by e-mail 24/7 :maniacgym@maniacgym.com.pl give the name of the product, quantity, your personal data (company / name, surname, full address, city, country, postcode, phone number, e-mail address) and delivery address (company / name, surname, full address, city, country, postcode, phone number, e-mail address) if it’s not the same.
· by phone – phone number: (0-48)-85 7406-931 or (0-48)-85 7404 434 (hours. 7.30 – 23:00 on workdays , 9 – 22 on Saturdays, 10-20 on Sundays ) or by fax (048)-85 7323- 816.
give the name of the product, quantity, your personal data (company / name, surname, full address, city, country, postcode, phone number, e-mail address) and delivery address (company / name, surname, full address, city, country, postcode, phone number, e-mail address) if it’s not the same

6. Complaint information
Rejecting faulty goods causes during delivering the parcel will be consider only on the basis written complaint protocol between the receiver and deliverer. Complaints about differences between parcel contents and ordered articles please to notify to the Sale Department, phone numbers:(0-48)-85 7406-931 in hours. 7.30 – 23:00 on workdays , 9 – 22 on Saturdays, 10-20 on Sundays or by e-mail info@maniacgym.com.pl We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on the website. However, as the actual colours you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will accurately reflect the colour of the product on delivery. In this case we do not give money back for the article.
You can return ordered articles within 10 days of receipt of your goods, without any reason. We accept returns if goods are:
- unused and returned in the original packaging,
- do not have any defects but the one that is the basis to the complain.

7.Personal details security
MANIAC GYM A.B.H. Leszczynscy obligates to secure personal details according to statue from 29 August 1997 "About personal details security”. According to this statue all Maniac Gym’s clients have the right to insight into themselves data , correct them or demand to stop using them into marketing targets. MANIAC GYM A.B.H. Leszczyñscy NEVER render to anybody accessible clients data and NEVER do that in the future. It refer to address data (such as: city, street etc.) as well as e-mails.
